Balsamic Chicken with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

• 4 oz chicken breast
• 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place on the same sheet, and drizzle with balsamic
vinegar. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
