Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, oats, and baking soda until well
combined.
3. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
