Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

• 2 medium frozen bananas (sliced)
• 1 scoop (about 30g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for desired consistency)
• Optional toppings: chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips, or fresh fruit

Instructions:

1. Blend the Ingredients:
◦ In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen banana slices, protein powder,
and almond milk.
2. Blend Until Smooth:
◦ Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and
scrape down the sides or add a little more almond milk to help it blend, depending
on your blender’s strength.
3. Taste and Adjust:
◦ Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or flavor by adding more protein powder
or a little sweetener if desired.
4. Serve:
◦ Once blended, scoop the protein ice cream into bowls. Add your favorite toppings
if desired.
5. Optional Freezing:
◦ For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for
about 1-2 hours before serving.
