• 2 cups spinach (fresh)
• 2 medium bananas, sliced
• 2 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
• 1 cup diced mango (frozen or fresh)
• 4 scoops protein powder (your choice, about 30g each)
• 1/2 cup almond milk (per smoothie, for blending)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Packs: In each freezer bag, portion out:
◦ 1/2 cup spinach
◦ 1/2 banana (sliced)
◦ 1/2 cup mixed berries
◦ 1/4 cup diced mango
◦ 1 scoop protein powder
2. Seal and Freeze: Seal each bag tightly and label with the date. Store in the freezer.
3. Blend in the Morning: When ready to enjoy, pour the contents of one smoothie pack
into a blender. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk (adjust to your preferred consistency) and
blend until smooth.
