Yogurt and Berry Popsicles

Ingredients:
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (low-fat)
• 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine yogurt, berries, and honey until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
